  • Dumbell Weight Eternity Symbol for Circuit Training Class

    Circuit Training

    A combination of strength training and conditioning! Instructed by Joe and Adrian, we will spend 60 minutes rotating through various exercises and equipment in our Gym, targeting different areas of the body. Open to all fitness levels.

  • Core and lower body work-out class

    Butts 'n Guts

    Butts & Guts Class is just as it sounds, lower body and core work. Strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, and core in this 60-minute class incorporating calisthenics, resistance bands, dumbbells, floor work, and mobility training.

  • MetCon

    Metcon (short for metabolic conditioning) is a type of workout that combines strength training and cardio conditioning, and is designed to optimize your body's energy output, gain strength, and burn fat. Learn barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell lifting techniques incorporating plymetrics and calisthenics.

How to Book a Class

  1. Go to the Class Schedule page on our scheduler.

  2. Click “book” beside the class to see the class schedule and to reserve your spot.

Check the box labelled, “Contrast Therapy (Sauna and Cold Plunge)” when booking your class.

A few reminders about our policies...

  • Please come prepared to work out in comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Bring along an extra-large, non-plastic water bottle, as well as a change of dry, comfortable clothes. You may enter the Sauna / Cold Plunge in your work-out clothes or change into a swimsuit beforehand.

  • Restroom / private changing area is also provided, as well as a water refill station.

  • Adrian, Joe, or your trainer will be available to demonstrate and assist using the onsite amenities, including the Sauna / Cold Plunge.

  • It is recommended that you consult with your physician before starting any new work-out program, as well as that you carefully read through all of our policies and guidelines for planning your visit. These are provided on our website, as well as on the check-out page and in confirmation email we will send once you're scheduled.
