Adrian Blandford
Adrian Blandford is the owner of Sweat Therapy and head trainer with 20+ years of experience in the training field with a bachelor degree in exercise science, hundreds of hours of experience in a physical therapy setting, and numerous certifications over the years. She is dedicated to keeping up with the latest scientific research on exercise physiology. She works with all fitness levels from beginners to athletes of all ages. Through creative workouts, she provides clients with an accessible and achievable path to better physical and mental health. She is passionate about motivating and inspiring people to push their boundaries, focus on long term goals, and gain strength and mobility to increase longevity and decrease limitations in order to live life to the fullest.
Joe Blandford
Joe is an experienced fitness and strength training coach who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. He combines proper technique, customized programs, with a focus on mobility and injury prevention. Whether you are a beginner seeking to build foundational strength, an athlete aiming for performance improvement, or someone looking to stay strong as you age, Joe provides personalized coaching tailored to each individual’s needs.

Casey Farrell
Casey has always believed in the power of movement. From soccer fields to Pilates studios, she’s spent years exploring how fitness can fuel both the body and mind. But in 2022, her active lifestyle was paused by a life-changing breast cancer diagnosis.
After completing treatment in late 2023, Casey discovered Sweat Therapy—and it became the foundation of her recovery. Through strength training, she not only regained her physical health but also found a renewed sense of purpose and resilience.
Today, Casey is stronger than ever and passionate about helping others tap into their own strength. As a coach and certified personal trainer at Sweat Therapy, she empowers clients to push past limitations and build lasting physical and mental resilience—one workout at a time.
