GROUP TRAINING

Group training is dynamic and motivating.

Group training offers many of the benefits of individualized training, allowing you to share sessions with 3-8 participants per trainer. Our programs include resistance training, high-intensity cardio, and interval training, all designed to meet your shared fitness goals without compromising quality. All groups must be formed by the participants or you may be placed into a current group by the trainer. Everyone must have an assessment completed before start of training to ensure proper group placement and program design.

Group Training Options

  • Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 90 days.

    Redeemable for 4 personalized 30-minute work-out sessions in the Gym for you and up to 7 other people. This is recommended for individuals who want to train only one time per week.

    Redeemable for 8 personalized 45-60-minute work-out sessions in the Gym for you and up to 7 other participants. This package is recommended for individuals who want to train 2 times per week.
