Circuit Training
Every Thursday Evening & Saturday Morning
A class designed for everyone’s unique fitness goals and ability. It combines aerobic exercise with strength training. Each station lasts for 60 seconds followed by a 60 second rest period before moving to the next station. Class typically includes 10 stations. Participants complete two rounds of the entire circuit. It is a fun, dynamic, and efficient workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases strength and endurance, and boosts metabolism. Each exercise can be modified to suit different fitness levels, making this class accessible to a wide range of participants from beginners to elite athletes.
Lower Body & Core
Every Tuesday Morning
Join us for our lower body and core class to target and tone those trouble areas! Sculpt and strengthen your legs, glutes, and core with a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and core-focused movements. This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation, improve balance, and enhance overall strength.
